カタカナで呼ばれるバニオン。外反母趾のいわゆる親指側の突起ですね。

A bunion is generally referred to as a bump on the side of the big toe.
バニオンは一般に足の親指側の腫れを言います。

外反母趾そのものを言う事もあるようです。
