the + 形容詞

「…な人」を表す the + 形容詞，the rich, the poor などが有名ですが，結構使えます。

This course is for the skilled [unskilled].
このコースは技術のある[ない]人向けです。
Ask the experienced rather than the learned.
勉強中の人ではなく，経験豊かな人に聞きなさい。

これらの -ed で終わる形容詞もよく出てきますよ。
